How was New Zealand? Is the most common question I receive when asked about my trip to New Zealand. It really is something, just like any experience, that cannot be relayed, but must be experienced first hand. The following pages are my attempts to explain what I saw and went through during my six weeks in the most amazing place I have been thus far in my life. Some are ones that were published while I was gone and others are snippets from my personal journal often written under my headlamp in my tent.

My recommendation – experience it. Spend as much time experiencing everything that makes up New Zealand and every other aspect of life.
